Offbeat VPN offers subscription-based access to our Services. Payments for subscriptions will be processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store, including its payment and renewal policies. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality included in Offbeat VPN, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Offbeat VPN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written permission.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
